Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds, returns and cancellations are handled for Almanak Tour products or orders (if/when offered).
Scope
- Digital content (e.g., downloadable guides, PDFs, e-books).
- Physical items (if made available from time to time).
Cooling-off and eligibility
Digital content
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK/EU consumer rules unless you consent to immediate access/download. If you access or download the digital content during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge the right to cancel is lost for that item.
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital item, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
Physical items
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Non-refundable items
- Gift cards, promotional vouchers and discounted final-sale items.
- Digital products after download/access has begun.
- Customized or perishable items (if ever offered) except where defective.
Defective or incorrect items
If a digital file is corrupted or a physical item arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and evidence (e.g., screenshots, photos). We will replace or refund at our discretion according to applicable law.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request”.
- Include your name, order number, purchase date, item(s), and reason for the request. For damaged goods, attach photos.
- We will confirm next steps and, if applicable, provide a return address or instructions.
Processing times and method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm eligibility (and, for physical items, after receipt and inspection).
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
For physical items, where stock allows, we can process exchanges for the same item. Otherwise, a refund will be provided per this policy.
Shipping costs
Original shipping (if any) is refundable only where an item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may delay resolution; we provide documentation to payment processors as needed.
